Tangled Communication

One of our last projects in our Photostyling class was to do an Editorial Photo Shoot.

Our inspiration was Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Ke$ha, & American Apparel. We wanted to have a modern/retro feel for the wardrobe, makeup and accessories.

On the day of the photo shoot we had 1 hour to do the models hair and makeup; also to have ready the accessories, wardrobe and set. We then had 2 hours to capture two different shots: a close up and a full body.

We wanted the model to be in a web of phone cords trying to break free for the close up. And for the full body, we wrapped the model in the phone cords, wanting her to look fierce and yelling in the receiver.

Trend Forecasting Board

We had to create a Trend Forecasting Board in our Forecasting class in our third semester

The trend I chose was prints, in terms of animal and nature; colours that reflected the animal and nature as well. The title I named for this forecasting board I found very suiting is
Where The Wild Things Are

Walk It Out Poster Assignment

In our Event Production class we were required to create a fashion show poster for Humber College Fashion Show titled Walk It Out
The title is: Walk It Out... From Dusk To Dawn
I found this great picture that embraced the theme I wanted to portray. I used font effects for the tittle to embellish the poster and add drama.

Off Figure Photo Shoot

This is our final off-figure photo shoot layout.

Our concept was a domestic diva housewife; therefore we chose pots and pans, and a whisk. Anything a housewife would use in the kitchen. We layered the pots and pans to create dimension and to be innovative. Adding fashion accessories, with the red pump as our focus. Diamonds were also used to emphasis our theme of the Diva Gone Domestic

Personal Identity

My final PC Merchandising assignment - Personal Identity
Our assignment was to create a company letterhead, business cards (front and back) and an envelope. The business I chose was to be a freelance stylist; therefore my logo is of my initial with a mannequin.
This was created & completed using InDesign and Illustrator.

Fashion Show Assignment

Fashion Show Assignment

We had to create a Fashion Show Poster, Ticket and Logo. There was a lot of pictures to chose from but I really liked the fashion and mood this picture gave me. Beautifully Broken is the title I chose for the fashion show. Using Illustrator I created a logo for the event planning company.

For our signing assignment, I used Billabong for my brand.

We needed to created 4 Posters: Lifestyle, Conversational, Price Point and Clearance Poster with a cover page that included all 4 of them.
